  • Capacity: 128 in current setting
  • Audio & Visual (Audio can be link to Coffee Corner, St Philip Minh & St Cecilia)
  • VGA Cable, HDMI Cable for visual, Wireless Microphone & Wire Microphone.
  • Need to book AV Team to use the AV system and has to be 2 weeks in advance.
  • Food & Drinks are allowed.
  • No pasting items on the painted wall or wallpaper.

Items need to be drawn from the Parish Office 

  • Aircon remote & Fan Remote.
  • AV keys can only be drawn by members from the AV Team.

Terms and Conditions of Booking

1. Please ensure that Start and End Time is set correctly else your booking cannot be confirmed and approval by the Facilities Officer. Thanks.

2. Information collected is only strictly for the coordination and confirmation of the room booking purposes only.

3. In submitting this form, the user agrees to the privacy policy of this website

4. All bookings are subject to approval by the Facilities Officer and alternative rooms may be offered at his discretion.

5. Rooms can only be booked for official churches business e.g. ministry meetings and fellowship and not for private use.

6. Opening of room partitions must be made 2 weeks in advance.

7. Aircons must be switched off after each meeting; failing which a $50 fine will be charged to ministry funds.

8. All remotes and cables and other items drawn from the Parish Office must be returned to the Office right after the meeting or dropped into the drop box if the office is closed.

9. All keys drawn from the Office must be returned to the Office or the drop box and must not be taken out of the church without the permission of the Parish Priest.

10. The items found in each room should not be removed.

11. All rooms must be returned to the original state after the meeting.

12. Food is not allowed in rooms except designated ones.

13. No pasting on painted walls and wallpapers.
